Rectify Group stands behind the quality of its workmanship, materials and ground remediation solutions.
Our warranty period is determined by the type of property being treated:
Residential Properties
10 Years
Performance Warranty
Workmanship, materials and treated-area performance, subject to warranty terms and conditions.
Commercial & Industrial Properties
2 Years
Defects Liability & Workmanship Warranty
Workmanship and defects liability for the treated works, subject to warranty terms and conditions.
Our warranties apply to the Rectify Group treatment area and are subject to the terms and conditions of the relevant warranty document, including the ongoing maintenance of the property in accordance with CSIRO Foundation Maintenance and Footing Performance guidelines.
The warranty does not extend to movement or damage caused by factors outside Rectify Group's control, including (but not limited to) plumbing or drainage leaks, uncontrolled water ingress, vegetation, neighbouring property influences, excavation, structural alterations, untreated areas, or other external factors.
Copies of the applicable warranty are available upon request and form part of the Contract documentation.
