Our approach is built around five principles that guide every project:

   Every job starts with a conversation.

   When you contact Rectify, our team takes the time to understand what you are seeing and what concerns you most. This may include cracks, uneven floors, movement around doors and windows, gaps opening up, slab issues, or general concern about the stability of the home.

   At this stage, our goal is to gather the right initial information and help determine the most appropriate next step.

2. 02

   Assessment and inspection

   If the issue looks like something that requires further review, we arrange an inspection and assessment process.

   This is where we begin looking more closely at the symptoms you are seeing, the areas affected, possible movement patterns, site conditions, and likely contributing factors.

   Depending on the property and the issue, this may involve discussing history, changes over time, drainage conditions, vegetation, leaks, previous works, and surrounding ground behaviour.

3. 03

   Understanding the cause

   One of the most important parts of the process is identifying the likely cause of movement.

   We do not believe in treating only the visible symptom. A crack or uneven floor can be the result of broader conditions such as reactive soil, leaking services, weak ground, vegetation, moisture changes, settlement, or erosion.

   By focusing on cause, we are better able to recommend a solution that makes sense for the home and avoids unnecessary or poorly timed work.

4. 04

   Recommendations and scope

   Once the issue has been assessed, we provide guidance on the most suitable path forward.
   That may involve immediate structural stabilisation works, a staged plan, monitoring, addressing surrounding issues first, practical maintenance guidance, or a formal scope and quotation for works.
   Our aim is always to be clear, honest, and realistic about what is recommended and why.

5. 05

   Delivery

   If works proceed, our team coordinates delivery with a focus on professionalism, communication, and care for the property.

   We understand that residential works need to be managed carefully. Homeowners want to know what is happening, when it is happening, and what to expect. We work to make delivery as smooth and respectful as possible while maintaining quality and technical discipline.

6. 06

   Verification and outcome

   Where relevant, Rectify places importance on checking and verifying performance.

   That means we are focused not just on carrying out the works, but on making sure the process has been completed properly and that the outcome is understood. Depending on the job, this may include site records, levels, reporting, or practical guidance on what to monitor moving forward.

7. 07

   Ongoing confidence

   In some cases, the best long-term result involves more than one moment in time.

   A property may need time, maintenance, or monitoring before or after certain interventions. Where appropriate, we help homeowners understand what to watch, what steps matter next, and how to protect the home moving forward.
