These registrations reflect the formal builder authority behind the business and reinforce that Rectify operates as a structured, professional company rather than a trade-only operator. The Victorian certificate also shows a current expiry date of 10 January 2027.
In addition to Victoria, Rectify also holds builder registrations in New South Wales, South Australia, and Tasmania, supporting our ability to operate across multiple jurisdictions and deliver within the appropriate regulatory framework.
Engineering Oversight
Rectify is founded and led by Frank Resuloglu, a structural and civil engineer, and that engineering foundation is an important part of how we approach our work.
Frank is a registered engineer and holds professional indemnity insurance, reinforcing the technical oversight and engineering-led thinking behind Rectify's assessment and broader problem-solving approach.
The attached insurance material for Blueprint Consulting Engineers / Furkan Ethem Resuloglu shows civil liability professional indemnity cover for Civil Engineering, Engineering Drafting, and Structural Engineering, with a $5,000,000 any one claim limit and $10,000,000 aggregate.
