I highly recommend Aleisha and the team at Rectify Structural Engineering. Having previously dealt with engineers who seemed quick to recommend expensive concrete underpinning on other properties, I approached this inspection with some trepidation.

Aleisha quickly and confidently diagnosed that the movement was due to lifting rather than subsidence. She also made the astute observation that one tree in a row I had planted was growing significantly more vigorously than the others, suggesting a leaking stormwater drain at that location. She concluded that the issue was drainage-related and that underpinning was not required. A plumber subsequently confirmed the stormwater leak exactly as she had suspected.
