Our Story

Rectify was founded on a simple belief:

Homeowners deserve better when something goes wrong with their property.

They deserve better education. Better communication. Better standards. Better problem-solving. And they deserve a team that looks beyond the visible symptom to understand what is really happening beneath the surface.

Where Rectify began

Rectify was founded by Frank Resuloglu

a structural and civil engineer who saw a growing disconnect between what the construction industry was delivering and what property owners actually needed.

While working across residential, commercial, and industrial projects, Frank could see a pattern emerging. Too many decisions were being driven by convenience, short-term thinking, and construction shortcuts. Ground conditions were not always being respected properly. Clients facing movement issues were often being sold a treatment without being given enough understanding of the cause.

That gap became the starting point for Rectify.

The problem we saw

For many homeowners, structural movement begins with uncertainty.

A crack appears in a wall. A floor starts to slope. Doors and windows stop operating the way they should. The natural reaction is concern, and often confusion.

What caused it?
Is it serious?
Is it still moving?
Can it be fixed properly?

Frank saw that too many people were not being guided through these questions in a way that built real confidence.

Instead of being educated on the likely causes – such as reactive soil, leaking services, poor drainage, vegetation, uncontrolled fill, or seasonal moisture change – clients were too often being offered a solution without enough context.

Rectify was built to change that.
