He leads Rectify with a strong focus on growth, culture, innovation, and strategic direction.

Business Development Manager

Phil brings extensive industry experience and a deep passion for ground engineering and asset remediation. Toni plays a central role in the coordination and delivery engine of Rectify. Armand Pieterse

Operations Manager

Arman leads field operations and plays a critical role in maintaining the quality, safety, and consistency of delivery across crews and states.nnWith extensive hands-on experience across residential and complex projects, he helps ensure that Rectifyu2019s standards are upheld on every site.

George Drakopoulos

Infrastructure Manager

George leads delivery across infrastructure and specialist remediation works, including concrete repair, leak sealing, cellular concrete, and related systems.nnHis practical experience, problem-solving ability, and site capability strengthen Rectifyu2019s broader delivery capacity.
